• 1 egg• tablespoons water 1 tablespoon (or more if needed )• 1 cup ( 125 g ) flour• 1 teaspoon baking powder• pinch of salt and pepper• 1 can ( 410 g ) cream corn• 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying

A. In a medium bowl , lightly beat the eggs with a little water . Sift flour and baking powder , salt and pepper and mix - add water if necessary - to achieve a smooth paste. Make sure the mixture is not too thin. Add the can of creamed corn , salt and pepper and mix.
Two . Heat half the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan . Turn donuts as they start to bubble on top - 1-2 minutes , but the proof of that is cooked before removing . You may need to add a little oil after each batch came out of the pan , as they absorb very well.
